1. Introduction

Welcome to Fastbye. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. Fastbye specializes in advanced technology, including NFC devices, smart lockers, smart pet collars, and other high-tech gadgets. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Service Model (Dropshipping)

Fastbye operates as a dropshipping retailer. This means that we do not keep products in local stock.

  • Fulfillment: All orders are processed and shipped directly from our global partner, CJ Dropshipping.

  • Global Sourcing: Products may be dispatched from international warehouses to your address in the United States or Canada.

3. Shipping to the USA and Canada

We ship exclusively to customers located in the United States and Canada.

  • Delivery Estimates: Average shipping times range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

    • USA: Customers are responsible for any state sales tax where applicable. Most personal imports under $800 are duty-free (De Minimis), but this is subject to change.

    • Canada: Customers are responsible for GST/HST and any provincial taxes. You acknowledge that you are the "Importer of Record" and may be charged brokerage fees or duties by the CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency).

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

4. Technical Product Disclaimers (NFC & Smart Devices)

Given the specialized nature of our catalog:

  • Compatibility: It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure their smartphone, tablet, or home network is compatible with the NFC or Smart hardware (NFC tags, Smart Lockers, etc.) before purchasing.

  • Intended Use: Fastbye is not liable for any security breaches, data loss, or lockouts resulting from the configuration or use of smart lockers or NFC-enabled devices.

  • Smart Collars: Users must follow all safety guidelines for electronic pet products. Fastbye is not responsible for improper use or animal behavior.

5. Returns and Refunds

In accordance with North American consumer standards:

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for defective items.

  • Defective Goods: If a tech product is non-functional (DOA), please contact support@fastbye.com with video/photo evidence. We will facilitate a replacement or refund through our supplier.

  • Return Process: Do not send items back to the address on the shipping label. You must contact us first to receive the correct return instructions for our North American processing center.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For security reasons, NFC products that have been programmed/written to or smart devices that have been registered to a personal account cannot be returned for "change of mind."

6. Limitation of Liability

Fastbye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fastbye is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
